1. Shipping Warehouses & Coverage
We maintain localized inventory warehouses across the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery for global customers.
European Union (EU) All EU-bound orders are dispatched from our authorized local warehouses within the EU, covering Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy and more regional facilities. Delivery service is available for most mainland European Union countries.
United Kingdom (UK) Orders destined for the United Kingdom will be shipped from our UK local warehouse, subject to real-time stock availability.
United States (US) US customers will receive shipments from our US-based warehouse when inventory is in stock.
2. Order Processing Timeline
All submitted orders will be verified and processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or official non-working days will be processed on the next available business day. During peak shopping seasons and promotional campaigns, order processing may be moderately delayed due to high order volume.
Once your package is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email containing detailed tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery durations vary based on destination country and warehouse stock status. Standard estimated transit times are listed below:

4. Shipping Fees
We provide free standard shipping for the majority of mainland European Union regions. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas, island territories and special geographical regions.
All applicable shipping costs will be explicitly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment, ensuring fully transparent pricing.
5. Tax & Duty Regulations
For EU Domestic Orders Shipments sent from our EU local warehouses include applicable VAT within the final checkout price. No extra tax fees will be charged upon delivery for EU customers.
For International Orders (Outside EU) Shipments delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes or related administrative fees based on destination country regulations. Any additional charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified during checkout.
6. Undeliverable Regions
Currently, we do not support shipping to the following restricted locations:

Remote islands and isolated regional areas

Military bases and military addresses

PO box addresses (unavailable for large-size items such as electric scooters)
If your shipping address falls into the undeliverable range, our support team will contact you promptly before order dispatch to resolve the issue.
7. Order Tracking Instructions
After your order is shipped, a tracking number and logistics inquiry link will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
Please note that carrier tracking systems require 24–48 hours to synchronize and update shipment status. If you fail to receive tracking information within 3 business days, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
8. Failed Delivery & Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, any additional reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.
9. Pre-Order Product Rules
For pre-order items, the exact estimated shipping schedule will be clearly marked on each product page. Actual delivery time may fluctuate slightly according to production progress and inventory replenishment status.
