- 14-Day Returns – Return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Changed Your Mind? – Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Damaged or Incorrect Item – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Refunds – Processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
- Before You Return – Please contact us at info@joyor.online to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
